Prenatal Yoga Tallahassee

Currently, I offer recordings of real, in-person prenatal yoga classes. In the first few minutes of each video, I check in with the participants, which gives you the opportunity to learn things about the physiological changes that come with pregnancy & childbirth. Each flow sprinkles in some childbirth education and preparation.
